The Ensemble Series ENS15 soft latex covered rubber keyboard mallets have a firm core and thick rubber outer layer for superior resonance in low registers of the keyboard. The ENS15 are the second softest latex wrapped mallets in the Innovative Percussion Ensemble Series. The firm rubber core is just right for projection in ensemble settings, but the soft latex brings an element of warmth and offers better resonance in lower ranges. These mallets would be ideal on marimbas and vibraphones, but probably too soft for xylophones. The rattan handles are super dependable; a quality found in all Innovative Percussion materials.
