Url is an acronym for Uniform Resource Locator and is a peace officer for the New New York Police Department. Together with his partner and friend, Smitty, URL is a smooth-talking cop occasionally seen assaulting hoods and perps at the lightest provocation. Fortunately for the criminals, his police skills arent as adept as his pulsating, streetwise vernacular. His weapon of choice is a baton and hes a proud member of the League of Robots.
